How many cartons, if I order cigarettes from your store ?

We do not have limit order from our customer, you can make order as many as you want but for countries with straight law about imported cigarettes, we recommended for cigarettes buyer that there are no more than 12 cartons per single order.

How does Cigarette Land shipping work?

We'll ship your order immediately once your payment has been settled. It may take 3-21 working days, depends on the destination. Please remember, there is always a few days spent for custom/duty clearance.

By which mail courier are the Cigarette Land shipped?

We use Express Mail Service and Registered Mail shipping for our products and therefore you may receive your order either to your address or to your local post office (according on the services provided by your local post office). If the parcel has arrived to your local post office, they will inform you without additional cost.

Could you guaranteed that I will not be subjected to duty tax?

Cigarette Land not guarantee, we only suggest the customer's to responsibility to check the postal rules and regulation standards of you country, please contact your Customs Office in your country before make ordering.

Can you make order on Weekend ?

Yes, we receive order 7 days a week. We ship most of orders next day, except Saturday orders shipped Monday.

UNITED STATES

United States customers may buy 1, 3 or 7 cartons or more as long for personal consumption only. Normally there is no duty taxes charged and passed custom clearance easily.

EUROPEAN COUNTRIES, CANADIAN AND AUSTRALIAN

We suggest you to order only 1 carton per order if you are not willing to pay extra money for duty taxes. The maximum quantity for international acceptance limit is 10 packs or 200 cigarettes. However, we not guarantee that no duties will be charged as the policy for importing tobacco products is vary from place to place. If you place a larger than 10 packs or 200 cigarettes order, you will always have to pay duty taxes by your own.

Exception: UK and GERMANY customs accept limit of 50 cigarettes only, so you will always must pay the duty taxes.

If you feel duty taxes in your country does not cost you so much, you may consider to place larger quantity order to get cheaper price benefits.
